YourMoveMap (yourmovemap.com) is run by AELaboratories d/b/a Mad Fiddler Labs ("we"). This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Contact: privacy@yourmovemap.com.

What we collect

Your answers to our tools (where you're moving from, your plans, income and savings bands, who's coming, preferences), to show you matching countries and routes.
Your email address, if you give it, to unlock our tools and send what you asked for. The weekly email is separate: we only send it if you tick that box.
Account and payment details if you become a member. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Usage data about how the site is used, without cookies, through PostHog's EU cloud.

Why, and our legal basis

To provide the tools and membership you ask for (contract).
To send the weekly email (your consent, which you can withdraw any time).
To keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interests).

Who processes your data for us

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Anthropic (AI that explains your matches and writes plans), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), PostHog (cookieless analytics, EU), Sentry (error monitoring).
Partners only get your details when you click through to them yourself (for example "Get quotes"). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. If you're in the UK or EU you can complain to your data protection authority. [UK and EU representative details: to add.]

How long we keep it

Tool answers and emails for as long as you use the service, and up to [24] months after your last visit, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Payment records as long as tax law requires.
